In October 2023, we connected with Dwelling Places. Dwelling places is an NGO dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of street children, abandoned babies and high risk slum families in Uganda. They believe that getting an education helps stop the cycle of poverty. They took out and distributed an initial 50 of our period packs in October 2023 and I am told that our packs were extremely well received and that the sheer joy on the young women's faces should be a great encouragement to our volunteers and they hard work and dedication they put in to lovingly making them.
We are delighted to partner with them and donate our period packs to help these young women stay in education.
