We work closely with various charities and organisations to distribute our period packs. It is important to us that they are distributed  alongside menstrual education. In many of the countries that we donate packs to, girls are taught very little, if anything about their menstrual cycle. Menstruation is often shrouded in mystery, shame and fear, This taboo is a destructive cycle that leads to those who menstruate feeling ashamed, afraid and embarrassed.

Alongside the distribution of our packs, we want to promote period positive, open conversations,  health education and personal hygiene.

It is important that girls know how to manage their own menstrual hygiene and keep their cloth pads clean. Follow the link to read about a women's day that we ran in India.

Here are charities and organisations that we  partner with to distribute period packs.
